Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov made fun of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in comic style. Kadyrov posted a video on social networks in which a man who looks like Zelensky signs the act of surrender with the words “Akhmat is strength.”
"In connection with the pushing back of the Ukrainian forces in Luhansk and the complete liberation of the republic from the Bandera invaders, Zelensky signed the act of unconditional surrender. We are the first to post the recording,” Kadyrov commented on the video.
The head of Chechnya ironically asked not to bombard the video with malicious comments to avoid giving the already frightened man a heart attack.
Earlier, Kadyrov announced that the city of Lysychansk had come entirely under the control of the forces of the Russian coalition. He said the Red Banner of Victory was even installed in the city's central park to commemorate this important settlement's liberation from Ukrainian nationalist formations.
Also, Caucasus Watch reported that on May 22, the delegation of the unrecognized Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, headed by Prime Minister in exile Akhmed Zakayev, met in Kyiv with representatives of the defense committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, MP Oleksiy Goncharenko, the head of the Crimean Tatar movement banned in Russia, Mustafa Dzhemilev, as well as Chechen fighters from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
