In the streets of Yerevan, leaflets with the symbol "Z" have been spread, which have become a symbol of Russia's intervention in Ukraine. Armenian leaflets attached to poles and trees call for the annexation of some territories of the former USSR to Russia. Information and photos about this were spread on social media networks.
Slogans on leaflets say: "Crimea is Russia. Donetsk is Russia. Luhansk is Russia. Mariupol is Russia. Zaporizhia is Russia. Kherson is Russia. Tiraspol is Russia. Xinval is Russia. Northern Kazakhstan will become Russia. Let Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] be Russia."
Social media users pay attention to the leaflets' high polygraphic quality and design. The design of the leaflets is similar to the design of propaganda materials of the United Russia party. It is also interesting that the leaflets were printed with the emblem of Hayastan, the opposition parliamentary faction of former President Robert Kocharyan in Armenia. The Hayastan bloc has rejected claims of any connection with these leaflets, calling it a provocation and blaming supporters of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
