According to a study by the Civil Society Development Fund, the lowest monthly salaries in Russia are in Chechnya – €366, Dagestan - €390, Kabardino-Balkaria - €397, and Ingushetia – €428.
The leaders of the list with the highest average monthly salary were: Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - €1745, Chukotka - €1611, Magadan Region - €1440, Kamchatka - €1306 and Moscow - €1281.
Chechnya is also in the third ten in the credit rating.
Earlier it was reported that the cities of the North Caucasus and southern Russia were at the bottom of the ranking in terms of the ratio of wages to the cost of a fixed set of goods and services. Low purchasing power is noted in Nalchik, Grozny, Taganrog, Vladikavkaz, Elista, Stavropol, Cherkessk, Makhachkala, and Maykop.
Only every fourth employee of organisations and enterprises in the North Caucasus Federal District is satisfied with the salary they receive. At the same time, real incomes over the past year have grown for less than half of the respondents.
In March of this year, Chechnya ranked last, 81st place, in Russia in terms of average wages in the provinces. The situation is slightly better in Kabardino-Balkaria, which is in 80th place. Dagestan took 78th place, Karachay-Cherkessia - 77th, Kalmykia - 76th.
